The Dashboard Graveyard: Tools That Alert, Nobody Who Answers
A decade of client infrastructure work kept showing us the same museum: a monitoring stack assembled with real care — metrics here, logs there, uptime checks, a security scanner, a cost tool — each excellent, each generating alerts, and none of them attached to someone contractually required to act.

The operating model is 80% automated, 20% senior engineers. Automation and agents absorb detection, triage, and the repeatable diagnostic work; senior engineers own judgment, production changes, and the final word. One Slack channel. The 2am page comes to us; the client reads about it in the morning.
The entry point is deliberately simple: a free 30-minute audit where a senior engineer assesses the setup and says exactly what needs fixing — before any commitment.
An Observability Platform That Outlives the Things It Watches
A monitoring product has one non-negotiable: it must stay up when everything it watches goes down. VigilCloud's platform runs on multi-AZ AWS infrastructure with a Prometheus-based metrics pipeline and Grafana Mimir for highly-available, long-horizon storage — the boring, load-bearing choices you make when the pager is pointed at yourself.
The result over the past twelve months: 99.95% platform uptime, against a 99.9% SLA. Those aren't launch-week numbers; they're the operating record of the same platform watching client infrastructure today.
