Certified to ISO/IEC 42001:2023

IOanyT Innovations is now certified to ISO/IEC 42001:2023, the international standard for AI management systems. It sits alongside our ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 27001 certifications.

What ISO/IEC 42001 is

ISO/IEC 42001 sets out how an organisation should manage the AI it builds or provides: who is accountable for each AI system, how risks and impacts are assessed, how data, testing and changes are controlled, and how the whole system is reviewed and improved over time. Like ISO 9001 for quality and ISO/IEC 27001 for information security, it assesses a management system, not a single product.

What it covers at IOanyT

The certification covers how IOanyT itself builds and governs AI, in the roles of AI developer and AI provider: how we design, test, deploy, monitor and maintain the AI systems we work on, and how we assess their risks along the way.

What it means if you work with us

  • A governed process behind the work. Our own AI work runs under a certified AI management system, and the evidence we hand over is built the same way. That is the idea behind Commitment 4: audit evidence ships with the system.
  • An answer for vendor due diligence. When your risk or procurement team asks how a supplier governs the AI it builds, this certification is an independently assessed answer.
  • A process that is checked again. Regular surveillance audits keep the certification live.

What this is, and isn’t

This is:

  • Independent, third-party assessment of IOanyT’s own AI management system

This is not:

  • A certification of any system, model or product we build for you. Our evidence pack is designed to support your own conformity work; conformity stays with whoever provides or deploys the system.
  • A legal opinion on the EU AI Act or any other regulation
  • A licence to certify others. Issuing certificates is the job of accredited certification bodies, not us.

The full list of our certifications is on our About page. Certificates are available for verification on request.
