Workflow Diagnostic
Your AI pilot works in the demo. We help you decide what should run in production, and prove it on your own cases.
Two to three weeks to decide which of your workflows should run on deterministic code, which should keep an AI model, and which shouldn’t be automated at all.
Most clients start with the free Reliability Review.
You leave with
Workflow triage
For each workflow: compile it into deterministic code, keep it on an AI model, or don’t automate it, with the reasons.
Policy-to-rules map
The decision logic in your policies and procedures, written down, with contradictions found and resolved.
Evidence gap list
What your auditors, regulators and partners will ask for that you can’t show yet.
Cost per case
What a case costs today against projected, with an honest view of where it won’t pay off.
100-rerun consistency test
Your current pilot run on the same cases again and again, so you can see how often its answer changes.
Change plan
Who in operations, compliance and IT does what, so the new way of working is trusted and run.
What the work is
-
Diagnosis
Which pilots are worth saving, and which workflows to compile, keep on a model or leave alone.
-
Policy to rules
Decision logic extracted from underwriting guides, credit policies, SOPs or old code.
-
Governance design
Who approves a rule change, and the evidence each reviewer will expect.
-
Business case
Cost per case, risk reduced and capacity freed, including where it won’t pay off.
-
Change management
Operations, compliance and IT trusting and running the new way of working.
Independent advice
The Diagnostic is worth paying for even if you build elsewhere. It may recommend another firm or tool, or not automating at all. We take no referral fees on model or platform recommendations.
IOanyT is an AWS Advanced Partner.
Consistency is not correctness
A system that gives the same answer every time can give the same wrong answer every time. The 100-rerun test shows consistency; we report accuracy against your own experts next to it.
Price
Fixed price, agreed at scoping. The fee is credited against a Proof Sprint within 90 days.
What happens next
Go on to a Proof Sprint on the workflow the Diagnostic picks, or stop. The findings are yours.
Evidence frameworks
The evidence gap list maps to the frameworks your regulator and auditors use, including EU AI Act readiness where it applies to you.
Under the 2026 Digital Omnibus agreement, EU AI Act high-risk (Annex III) obligations apply from 2 December 2027. Not legal advice.
Workflow Diagnostic questions
Who should attend from our side?
The person who owns the workflow day to day, someone from risk or compliance who will sign off on it, and whoever runs the current pilot or system.
Do you need our data?
Only the cases the Diagnostic needs, and we work in your own environment wherever we can. IOanyT is certified to ISO/IEC 27001:2022 for information security management.
What if we already have a vendor?
That is fine. The Diagnostic is worth paying for even if you build elsewhere, and it may recommend your current vendor, another firm or tool, or not automating at all.
What if the answer is "don't automate"?
Then you have that in writing, with the reasons, before you spend on a build. The findings are yours.
