Disclosure & neutrality
We will recommend not automating, or another firm or tool, when that’s better for you. We take no referral fees on model or platform recommendations.
Advice is only worth paying for if you know who else is paying us. This page lists every relationship that could colour a recommendation.
Relationships we disclose
AWS Advanced Partner
IOanyT is an AWS Advanced Partner, with the AWS Machine Learning Software Competency and the Digital Workplace Software Competency. When we recommend AWS, we say so next to this disclosure, and we take no referral fee for it.
Model providers
We have no commercial relationship with model providers: no resale margin, no referral fee and no partner fee from any AI model vendor.
Our own products
IOanyT builds and runs its own products: The Heartbeat (AI call analytics), VigilCloud (managed cloud operations) and Pricient — by IOanyT (our quoting arm). If one of them fits your problem, we tell you it is ours when we recommend it.
Pricient Verify stays independent
Pricient Verify is never sold with, bundled into or presented as a certification of anything IOanyT built. We don’t mark our own work.
What this means in an engagement
- A Reliability Review or Workflow Diagnostic can end with “don’t automate this”, or with another firm’s name. The findings are yours either way.
- When a recommendation involves a product or partner we have a relationship with, we say so in the same document.
- See also our five commitments.
