Live Commitment 4 of 5

Audit evidence ships with the system.

Every system we deliver comes with an evidence pack: what an auditor, a regulator or a partner can look at to see how its decisions are made and who approved the rules behind them.

What a reviewer can see

  • Decision traces: for any case, the rule and the version of it that made the decision.
  • Test results: what was tested before go-live and what each test found.
  • Change approvals: who approved each rule change, and when.
  • The benchmark you agreed: each measure, its target, and where it stands.

What it is not

The pack is designed to support your conformity work. It does not make you compliant on its own: conformity stays with whoever provides or deploys the system, and we help you show the evidence for it.

How you can check this

  • Ask for the evidence pack at handover. It is part of the delivery, not an extra.
  • There is no public sample pack yet. Ask in the Reliability Review and we will walk you through what one contains.

Questions

Does the pack make us compliant?

No. It gives your auditors and regulators the evidence they ask for. Conformity stays your responsibility as the provider or deployer of the system.

Is it an extra cost?

No. It ships with the system.

Can we see a sample first?

Not publicly yet. In the Reliability Review we walk you through what the pack contains.
