Launching: Same input, same output, or we fix it free and credit your fee.
This commitment is not in force yet. We will publish the full terms, and the date they start, once our lawyers have reviewed them and we have checked our own professional-indemnity insurance. Until then, nothing on this site is a warranty.
What it will cover
- Consistency only. If a system we delivered gives a different answer to the same input, under the same rules and configuration, we fix it free and credit your fee.
- Not correctness or accuracy. A consistent system can be consistently wrong.
- Capped at the fees you paid for that system.
- Triggered by a replay test: the same recorded inputs, run again, giving a different answer.
- Exclusions will be published with the terms.
Consistency is not correctness
We report accuracy against your own experts alongside consistency. Your experts confirm the specification, and every stage is reviewed against the benchmark agreed before work starts.
How you can check this
- When it launches, the terms and exclusions will be on this page with the date they took effect. Until then this page says Launching.
Questions
Is it in force today?
No. It is launching. Nothing on this site is a warranty until the terms are published here.
Does it cover a wrong answer?
No. It covers consistency only. Accuracy is measured against your own experts and reported next to it.
Why publish it before it is live?
So you can see what we are committing to and hold us to the date once we set one.
