Proof Sprint
One workflow, compiled and measured. A fixed-scope 3–4 week pilot that ends with a consistency and accuracy report on your own data. You keep the code either way.
The IOanyT Proof Sprint is a fixed-scope, fixed-price pilot of 3–4 weeks. IOanyT compiles one client workflow into deterministic logic using AI-assisted engineering, then reports run-to-run consistency, accuracy against the client's labelled examples, cost per case, and errors caught at build time versus run time, with a go / no-go recommendation for a full build. The client keeps the code. IOanyT has 10+ years of delivery, 50+ engineers, is an AWS Advanced Partner and is certified to ISO/IEC 27001:2022 and ISO 9001:2015.
What you get
A working compiled workflow
One real workflow, rebuilt as deterministic logic, running on your data.
Run-to-run consistency report
What happens when the same inputs go through again and again.
Accuracy on your examples
Measured against cases your own team has already labelled.
Cost per case
What each transaction costs to run, with no model call in the decision path.
Build-time vs run-time errors
Which mistakes were caught before release, and which would have reached production.
A written go / no-go
Our recommendation for a full build, with the evidence behind it.
A good fit if
- ✓ Your AI pilot works in demos but behaves differently run to run
- ✓ A decision workflow (credit, claims, eligibility, pricing) has to be explainable
- ✓ Volume is high enough that per-call model cost matters
- ✓ You want a production artifact, not another prototype
Not the right fit if
- — The job is open-ended creative generation
- — There are no real examples we can measure against
- — You need a quick demo rather than something you can run
Price
A fixed price for a fixed scope, agreed at scoping before any work starts. No hourly billing.
Not ready for a sprint yet?
Start with a free review: 60–90 minutes and a 2-page findings note.
- AI Reliability Review: where AI can safely help, where it should stay deterministic, and any EU AI Act exposure.
- Process & System Health Review: for teams with manual work, errors or legacy systems, and no AI plan yet.
Proof Sprint questions
Who owns the code?
You do. The compiled workflow, its tests and the report are yours whether or not you continue with us.
What do you need from us?
One workflow worth improving, a person who knows it well, and a set of real examples with the right answers, labelled by your team. If labels don't exist yet, we help create them in the first week.
What if the results are poor?
Then you find out in weeks, not after a year-long build, and you keep the report showing why. Sometimes the right answer is to keep part of the workflow with people, or to use a bounded model step instead. The report says which.
Is our data sent to an LLM provider?
In the compiled workflow, production data doesn't need to reach a model at run time. Where a model is used during the build, we use private deployments and redaction, and document every data flow. IOanyT is certified to ISO/IEC 27001:2022 for information security management.
What happens after the sprint?
If the go / no-go is a go, we scope the full build, which can be priced per project or per case. If not, you keep everything and owe nothing further.
How is the price set?
It is a fixed price for a fixed scope, agreed at scoping before any work starts. No hourly billing, no surprises.
Pick one workflow. We'll prove it.
Tell us which process matters most, and we'll come back with a fixed scope and a fixed price.
